At Santiago Soccer Academy, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and well-organized environment for all players. Please review our policies below:

❌ Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including missed classes.

📅 Schedule & Organization

Training schedules and locations may be subject to change due to operational needs, facility maintenance, or external factors.
The Academy will notify families of any changes whenever possible.

⚠️ Liability & Safety

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including possible injuries.
While our staff takes all reasonable precautions, risks cannot be completely eliminated.

🛡️ Liability Waiver

By enrolling, the parent or guardian agrees to release Santiago Soccer Academy, its coaches, and staff from any liability related to injuries or incidents during activities.

📸 Media Release

Parents/guardians authorize the Academy to use photos and videos of players for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, without compensation.

🚪 Withdrawal Policy

A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw a player from the Academy.
Failure to provide notice may result in charges for the following period.
